Rino is in the foreground, and like the others with finger on brew pull tab, at the starting "gate" of what used to be the "40 Lap," in which the racer would have to drink a 40-ouncer while circling the track. Spilling, dribbling, leaving the course, and drinking with a foot down are prohibited
this year it looked like a "12 Lap" - but size isn't everything, especially in bicycling
