CRAWFORD, Texas/BAGHDAD (Reuters) - President Bush warned a world partying into the New Year that Iraq had the power to unleash economic chaos if given the chance to mount an attack on the United States.Can he explain why Iraq would want to do that? The country has not been controlled for forty years by a nincompoop.
